This blog, like every other blog on the planet, is an example of narcissism in the extreme. I've come to terms with this and I expect most of you have with your blogs. With this blog, I hope to make you laugh with and at me because I love poking fun at people, but mostly, myself. If you can't laugh at yourself, you're in for trouble!

I will look at events in my past, some embarrassing, some funny, some sad- but all (I hope) will be enjoyable to you (whoever you are) and may bring a smile to your face :)

I am not the geekiest person out there, not by a long stretch (I've been to many a con), but I am a geek. I've spent hours in premier movie lines, played my share of tabletop games, LARPed, code for websites and attended sci-fi conventions.

I am, on the other hand, married to a wonderful woman, have a great little kid and have many non-geeky friends. I can blend in- so keep that in mind when you're sitting next to a "normal" looking person at the restaurant. Look closer, you might just find you're sitting next to a Joss Whedon fan.
